Now Hiring: Moving Professional/Sales Associate

Stephen’s, Santa Fe’s premier consignment gallery specializing in fine art, antiques, furniture, and jewelry, is seeking a versatile, design-minded team member to join our showroom team.

This is a unique, hands-on role that blends interior styling, visual merchandising, sales, and physical work. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design who also enjoys being active and working with their hands.

What You’ll Do:
• Style and refresh showroom displays, creating inviting and cohesive vignettes
• Assist customers on the sales floor with professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge
• Move and place high-end furniture and artwork safely and thoughtfully
• Collaborate with team members on floor resets, installations, and deliveries
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring gallery environment

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong visual sense and interest in interiors, styling, or merchandising
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving furniture regularly
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to balance creativity with efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work weekends

Requirements:
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check

Bonus (but not required):
• Background in interior design, visual merchandising, retail, or staging
• Experience working with furniture, art, or antiques
• Portfolio, Instagram, or examples of styling/design work
