Plumbing Technician

We are a growing company seeking a motivated Plumbing Technician who can hop in a truck and go solve plumbing issues for our valued customers in Eldorado and Santa Fe.

Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience required. Boiler experience or a strong residential service background is highly desirable.

Work under a master plumber and licensed contractor while having the opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.
• Work on water heaters, boilers, water softeners, and general service calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized company truck (parked at shop nightly).
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff.
• Uphold MACS Plumbing’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Keep an updated record of and track parts used, hours, and mileage for each job. 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of plumbing experience (Journeyman license minimum).
• Boiler experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and customer service mindset.
• Must pass a background check and provide a valid driver’s license.
